Working as a forklift driver in a steel handling warehouse was our initial foot in the door into a broader world of being in the steel and heat treating world.

I didn’t seem like much time spent inside the warehouse was going to be so influential on the direction WHT would get their start from. Now in purchasing and acquiring, appropriating the materials for the new orders was an entire new gateway of the industry.

The opportunity was right, but the site and location was not. Opening our first go into the heat treating industry based in Mexico was more of a hill of tariffs and other regulations that gave us the grit to be determined to make this location successful. Proving to be more of an economical challenge this angle work better for our Mexican based companies and thus we sold to open in the US.

Worldwide Heat Treat proudly acquires two 40 foot furnaces which enable our project materials to get treated equally and evenly without degradation or warping with uneven heating surface torsion. Our furnaces are large enough for all projects.
